When you've selected the home you would like to lease, please submit one application for each adult that will occupy the home. When you submit the application, please also fax or email a copy of your two most recent pay stubs and a copy of your driver's license. When we moved out carpets had more wear and tear on them naturally. Thier guy that does the final walk thru sent me text messages of bogus things that were wrong. We had put a $1450 refundable deposit and a $300 nonrefundable pet deposit.
I received a check for $204 back because they had to replace the carpet. I would think twice about renting from this company. The lady in charge does not respond quickly or at all for that matter. When something was wrong in the house they would come fix it but it wasn't done good.
